This is a very good quality and genuine antique French late 19th century white Alabaster and finely chased gilt Bronze ( ormolu ) Mantle Clock in the Louis XVI style and is in excellent condition. The enameled face has full circular floral decoration. The clock sits on a complimentary shaped white Alabaster base embellished by recessed gilt mounts and cast gilt feet beneath.

The keyhole on the right powers the ‘time’ train and the keyhole on the left powers the ‘strike’ train. The clock comes complete with key
