An excellent quality genuine antique English Victorian 1850s Set of Six Dining Chairs. The fine quality ‘show timber’ frames are crafted from prestigious imported Central American Mahogany. The backs are “Kidney’ shape with refined scrolled embellishments. The seat rails are straight and nicely profiled plus support the removable 'lift off' full sized upholstered seat which makes for easy maintenance and easy to change the fabric. The front legs are turned and downward tapered with a quality boldly reeded long mid section and the rear legs are of elegant sabre form.

Condition: The frames are in excellent condition commensurate with age and the upholstered lift off seats may require reupholstering to taste which we can organise on a purchasers behalf.
