This is a good better than average example of a genuine antique English Victorian three tiered Etagere / Dumb Waiter made from solid imported prestigious Central American Mahogany.

it is rectangular in form and comprises of three tiers and the tiers are separated by well turned and fluted corner positioned vertical columns. The top shelf has a low three quarter gallery. The bottom shelf has short turned legs beneath the support columns and has large spoke wheels in the all brass castor assemblies.
