This is a very good example of a genuine antique English George IV period 1820 - 1830 Mahogany ( of now mellowed honey colour ) Hall Table with flush fitting drawers at both ends. It also makes a very practical Side Table or a compact Writing Table.

The Table is elegant and simple in design and is supported on end vertical flat pillasters with rectangular bases embellished with ‘S’ profiled, carved and reeded decorative support brackets. Beneath are the original all brass castor assemblies. Also both drawers have a pair of cast brass drawer pull knobs.
