This is a very attractive quality and most decorative genuine antique French later 1800s Louis Phillipe three tier Kidney shaped Etagere / Display Stand / What Not Stand of compact size. Each tier is finished with Parquetry inlays and each tier is supported and separated by elegant nicely profiled vertical support Ebonised columns. The tall slender legs are inverted versions of the support columns and are also ebonised.

The top shaped shelf is the most exquisitely inlaid and it also has a curved three quarter pierced brass gallery and brass finials at the top of the support columns. The lower two tiers / shelves also feature profuse designs in Parquetry with oval central feature medallions. The lower shelves also have a brass vertical edge banding.

Condition: Excellent for age.
