This is a very high quality genuine antique English second quarter of the 1800s William IV period 1830 - 1837 Chiffonier / Side Board / Side Cabinet crafted and made from very superior prestigious imported selected Central American Mahogany.

The top rectangular gallery shelf is supported by the backboard and two front positioned French influence S shaped scrolls with raised Acanthus leaf decorative carving.

The cabinet has a top full width drawer with a bull nose profiled drawer front panel.

Below are a pair of panelled doors with rounded raised moldings around the centre door panels and in the middle of the top molding is a central feature symmetrical stylised foliate carvings above apposed scrolls. on the outer sides of the doors are engaged flat vertical fluted pilasters with quality foliate carved Corinthian capitols and with small bases at the bottom.

The whole sits on a simple platform base with four corner positioned circular semi bun shaped feet which are boldly reeded.
